Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf dat in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht is gevestigd en onderdeel is van een internationaal concern met 60.000 medewerkers wereldwijd. Op locatie in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht werkt een compacte productiegroep aan de vervaardiging van watergedragen polymeren voor zowel interne als externe klanten. Naast de productieafdeling zijn er gespecialiseerde laboratoria aanwezig voor productontwikkeling en kwaliteitscontrole. De werkomgeving kenmerkt zich door een kleinschalige en collegiale sfeer waarin nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid centraal staan. Medewerkers voeren procesgerelateerde werkzaamheden uit volgens vastgelegde recepten en procedures en ondersteunen bij monstername en basale kwaliteitscontroles. Er is aandacht voor opleiding en ontwikkeling en de organisatie investeert in praktijkgerichte trainingen zoals ondersteuning bij het behalen van VAPRO B praktijk. De productie vraagt om zorgvuldig werken volgens 5 S-gedragslijnen en nauwkeurige registratie van procesgegevens. - Je zorgt voor het tijdig aanvullen van grondstoffen en materialen tijdens de productie als Proces Operator
