In Etten-Leur werken medewerkers in hechte teams die dagelijks technische en operationele taken uitvoeren om productkwaliteit te garanderen en stilstand te beperken. Veiligheid en procedurele naleving vormen de basis van de werkcultuur, waarbij technisch inzicht en hands-on handelen essentieel zijn voor de dagelijkse uitvoering van werkzaamheden. De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn transparant en gericht op stabiliteit en ontwikkeling, met een salarisrange van €2600 tot €4000 per maand en aanvullende secundaire voorwaarden die bijdragen aan een duurzame werkrelatie. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient installatie- en besturingspanelen en start en stopt productieprocessen volgens procedures - Je monitort kwaliteitsparameters en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen aan de ploegleiding - Je optimaliseert procesinstellingen en voert bijstellingen uit om efficiëntie en productkwaliteit te verhogen - Je verhelpt operationele storingen en schakelt technische hulp in om productieverlies te minimaliseren - Je werkt op productie-installaties voor zowel halffabricaten als eindproducten en bedient mixers, transportbanden, pompen en verpakkingslijnen - Je voert eerste-lijn onderhoud uit zoals smeren, reinigen en afstellen en lost storingen op binnen jouw scope en schaalt complexe storingen op naar technische dienst of engineering - Je werkt met geautomatiseerde besturingen zoals PLC en SCADA en stelt recepten en procesparameters in volgens voorschriften - Je neemt stalen en voert visuele controles en metingen uit zoals temperatuur- en drukmetingen en rapporteert afwijkingen volgens geldende procedures Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Procestechniek, Werktuigb.
