Dan is dit wellicht een mooie volgende stap voor jou. Voor een technisch productiebedrijf in de regio Venlo zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde Procesoperator. Organisatie Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in warmtebehandelingen, hardings- en gloeiprocessen van metalen onderdelen. Je komt terecht in een informele organisatie met een afwisselend machinepark en werkt samen met een betrokken team. Functie Als Procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het laden en bedienen van ovens volgens vastgestelde voorschriften. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het opbouwen van efficiënte ovenladingen (combi-ladingen); - Het laden en bedienen van de ovens; - Het controleren van processen en installaties; - Het signaleren en melden van afwijkingen, storingen en kwaliteitsproblemen; - Het uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoudswerkzaamheden; - Je leert de verschillende warmtebehandelingsprocessen en wordt steeds zelfstandiger in je werkzaamheden. - Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst: Ochtenddienst: 06.00 - 14.15 uur Middag-/avonddienst: 14.00 - 22.15 uur Functie-eisen Wij zoeken iemand die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen een technische productieomgeving. Je herkent jezelf hierin: - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Bij voorkeur een afgeronde technische MBO-opleiding; - Ervaring in een technische of procesgerichte omgeving is een pré; - Je bent leergierig en wilt je de warmtebehandelingsprocessen eigen maken; - Je bent gemotiveerd, proactief en werkt graag samen; - Je bent flexibel en leergierig; - Je spreekt, leest en begrijpt de Nederlandse taal; - Je begrijpt basis Engels en Duits; - Je beschikt over een heftruckdiploma of bent bereid dit te behalen.
