De dagelijkse werkzaamheden vinden plaats in een productieomgeving waar nauwkeurigheid en discipline belangrijk zijn. Jij bewaakt de procesinstallaties, stuurt procesparameters bij en rapporteert afwijkingen zodat traceerbaarheid en veiligheid gewaarborgd worden. De salarisrange voor deze positie ligt tussen €2900 en €4300 per maand en er is ruimte voor opleiding en ontwikkeling voor kandidaten die willen doorgroeien binnen de procesindustrie in de regio Zierikzee. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en bewaken van de productie-installaties - Instellen van procesparameters en bewaken van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen - Uitvoeren van storingsanalyses en nemen van corrigerende maatregelen - Samenwerken met technisch personeel voor onderhoud en optimalisatie - Registreren van procesgegevens en rapporteren van afwijkingen aan het team - Bewaken van reactorvaten, menginstallaties, pompen en transportsystemen in een grotendeels geautomatiseerde DCS/PLC omgeving en bijstellen van recepten en procesparameters - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud zoals smeren, reinigen en afstellen en escaleren van technische storingen naar de technische dienst of ploegchef Functie-eisen - Opleidingsrichting: Chemische Technologie of vergelijkbare MBO-opleiding - Junior werkervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving, bij voorkeur 0-2 jaar - Kennis van procesbesturing en procesveiligheid - Analytisch vermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen - Bereidheid tot werken in een 3-ploegendienst - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en nauwkeurigheid bij registratie van gegevens Wij bieden - Salaris: €2.900 - €4.300 per maand - 25 vakanti.
