Functie-inhoud - Je bewaakt en bedient het proces in een centraal bedieningspunt. - Je bedient de centrale bedieningskamer en stuurt procesparameters actief bij om continuïteit te waarborgen. - Je monitort procesparameters, analyseert afwijkingen en voert corrigerende acties uit volgens procedures. - Je bedient en controleert instrumentatie, kleppen en randapparatuur en voert handmatige aanpassingen uit waar nodig. - Je verzorgt overdrachten tussen diensten en rapporteert afwijkingen en verbeterpunten helder en tijdig. - Je voert eenvoudige storingsanalyses en preventieve onderhoudstaken uit en schakelt technische collega’s in bij complexere storingen. Functie-eisen - MBO Procestechniek, Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding. - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in een procesomgeving of als operator; ervaring in een centrale bedieningskamer is een pré. - Bereidheid en beschikbaarheid om in een 3-ploegenstelsel te werken. - Kennis van procesveiligheid en veilig werken binnen een industriële omgeving. - Vaardig in het signaleren van afwijkingen en het nemen van corrigerende maatregelen. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en zelfstandig kunnen werken. - Basis computervaardigheden en nauwkeurige administratieve rapportage van procesgegevens.
