The posting

Als procesoperator in de 3-ploegendienst werk je direct aan het omzetten van kunststofafval naar hoogwaardige grondstoffen. Je bedient en stelt extruders in, bewaakt procesparameters en grijpt snel in bij afwijkingen. Dagelijks merk je dat jouw werk essentieel is voor een soepel productieproces en voor de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Je werkt nauw samen met je ploeg en met de technische dienst; kleine storingen los je zelf op en bij grotere issues schakel je adequaat door. Er is ruimte om technische kennis uit te breiden en door te groeien binnen de productie- en onderhoudslijnen terwijl je bijdraagt aan een circulaire oplossing. Functie-inhoud - Je stelt extruders in en bedient ze voor kunststofrecycling, waarbij je procesparameters bewaakt en bijstuurt voor constante productkwaliteit. - Zorgdragen voor een vlotte toe- en afvoer van materialen en het correct afvoeren van halffabricaten volgens de geldende procedures. - Registreren van procesdata, uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en tijdig rapporteren van afwijkingen aan ploegleider of technische dienst. - Verhelpen van eerstelijnsstoringen, meewerken aan gepland onderhoud en samenwerken met je team om productieverstoringen te verminderen.

Functie-eisen - Je hebt een heftruckcertificaat of bent bereid dit snel te behalen en veilig te werken met interne transportmiddelen. - Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw werkgebied en bent betrouwbaar in het naleven van procedures. - Je bent oplossingsgericht bij kleine storingen, signaleert knelpunten en schakelt tijdig met de technische dienst. - Je bent bereid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken en functioneert goed binnen vaste ploegroosters en teamafspraken.

Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €2.650 en €3.450; bij het maximum leidt 21% ploegentoeslag tot ongeveer €4.174,50 bruto per maand. - 24 verlofdagen plus 6 vaste roostervrije dagen en een pensioenregeling met een lage werknemersbijdrage. - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per k
