Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en bewaken van productie-installaties en waarborgen van procescontinuïteit - Tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen - Uitvoeren van reguliere controles en kwaliteitsmetingen, registreren van afwijkingen - Instellen en optimaliseren van productieparameters om efficiëntie en kwaliteit te verbeteren - Ondersteunen bij gepland onderhoud en kleine technische reparaties om uitvaltijd te beperken - Actief meewerken aan veiligheids- en milieuprocedures en rapporteren van onveilige situaties - Werken met geautomatiseerde besturingssystemen (PLC/SCADA), bedienen van reactoren, pompen en menginstallaties, uitvoeren van eerste lijns foutanalyse met escalatie naar technische dienst of ploegleider wanneer nodig Functie-eisen - MBO richting Chemische Technologie, Procestechniek of vergelijkbare technische opleiding - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de proces.
