Jouw dagelijkse takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit: - Het nauwgezet opvolgen van recepturen om diverse grondstoffen af te wegen en toe te voegen aan het proces - Het bedienen, bijsturen en controleren van geavanceerde reactoren en menginstallaties - Het bewaken van de verschillende fasen in de productie, waarbij je direct ingrijpt zodra je onregelmatigheden opmerkt - Het verrichten van kwaliteitscontroles, waaronder gaschromatografie en het meten van de pH-waarde - Het zorgvuldig bijhouden van alle productiedata en resultaten in de systemen - Het strikt naleven van alle geldende richtlijnen rondom hygiëne, kwaliteit en veiligheid Wat we je bieden - Je komt rechtstreeks op contract bij IFF met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.200 en €3.500 afhankelijk van wat je meebrengt aan ervaring, excl ploegentoeslag - Een ploegentoeslag van 20,5% bovenop je salaris over alle uren - 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld, een dertiende maand van 8,77% en een flexibel Individueel Keuzebudget (IKB) - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer - Een persoonlijk budget voor vitaliteit en opleidingen - Een fijn bedrijfsrestaurant voor je pauzes met een divers aanbod aan maaltijden Functie-eisen - Ervaring als procesoperator of monteur binnen een industriële of productieomgeving, of een afgeronde hbo-opleiding (bijvoorbeeld Chemische Technologie of Levensmiddelentechnologie) - Een goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal - Een aanpakkersmentalite...
