De organisatie richt zich op gestandaardiseerde productie, kwaliteitscontrole en procesoptimalisatie binnen een gestructureerde procesomgeving met multidisciplinaire teams. In Maastricht vinden de dagelijkse activiteiten plaats waarbij aandacht wordt besteed aan efficiency, naleving van wettelijke eisen en het verbeteren van technische processen. De organisatie werkt volgens strikte veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen en streeft naar stabiliteit en leverbetrouwbaarheid via gestructureerde werkprocedures en periodieke evaluaties. Medewerkers krijgen mogelijkheden om hun vaardigheden uit te breiden door gerichte training en praktijkgerichte begeleiding en kunnen doorgroeien naar meer technisch of operationeel gerichte rollen. De functie wordt uitgevoerd in een team met korte communicatielijnen tussen afdelingen en biedt ruimte voor initiatief om processen te verbeteren en productkwaliteit te verhogen. De functie biedt een salarisrange van €2600 - €4500 per maand en aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden voor medewerkers in de productieruimte. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en monitoren van procesinstallaties en uitvoeren van correcte overdrachten tussen ploegendiensten - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en kleine aanpassingen om de continuïteit en productkwaliteit te waarborgen - Signaleren en rapporteren van storingen en zelfstandig meewerken aan oplossingstrajecten - Uitvoeren van routinematig onderhoud volgens procedures en bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten - Registreren van procesgegevens en actief bijdragen aan efficiencyverbeteringen - Werken op drie continu-productielijnen met circa 3 operators per dienst en verantwoordelijkheid voor een complete productielijn als Procesoperator 3 Ploegen - Werken met geautomatiseerde besturingen (PLC/SCADA) en instellen van recepturen en procesparameters,.

- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbare richting - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator of in een productie- of procesomgeving - Kennis van procesveiligheid en ervaring met procedures en werkvergunningen - Praktische technische vaardigheden en analytisch inzicht bij het oplossen van storingen - Bereidheid om in 3 ploegen te werken en beschikbaarheid voor wisselende diensten - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken
