Onze opdrachtgever kent een sterke groei en behoort momenteel in hun branche tot een van de grootste producenten. Je komt dan ook terecht bij een groeiende, high tec onderneming waar genoeg toekomstmuziek in zit. In het nieuwe pand zijn alle faciliteiten op orde en is de goede sfeer met collega's erg belangrijk en prettig. Functieomschrijving Voor onze machines ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het proces. Samen met een collega bedien jij de machines en zorg jij dat de halffabricaten die eerder gemaakt worden in het proces, de juiste afmetingen en aantallen krijgen voor de klanten. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het volgende: • machines instellen, omstellen en bedienen; • machineprestaties optimaliseren; • hoeveelheid afval en uitval minimaliseren; • kwaliteit eindproducten controleren en bewaken; • productiegegevens digitaal verwerken; • kleine storingen opsporen en verhelpen. Binnen onze organisatie is ontwikkeling en groei erg belangrijk, de operators worden betrokken in het verbeterproces van machines etc. In deze rol werk je in een 3 ploegensysteem waarin je een omgekeerde ploegen werkt, je gaat van de nacht naar de ochtend in een werkweek van ongeveer 34 uur per week. In onze omgekeerde ploegen werk je ook 4 nachten, en ook in de middag/avond dienst werk je op vrijdag korter, waardoor je om 18.30 uur weekend hebt. Scholing is ook een belangrijk onderdeel, er is dan ook mogelijkheid om een VAPRO A/B te gaan behalen in de toekomst. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie zoeken wij: - Een procesoperator die op zoek is naar een vaste baan; - Je bent technisch onderlegd, je hebt ervaring met machines en snapt wat er verwacht wordt in de procestechniek; - Je wil jezelf ontwikkelen, VAPRO A / B zijn mogelijkheden om te behalen in de toekomst; - Je kan goed in teamverband samen werken, je werkt samen in een...
