Als Procesoperator in de 3-ploegendienst ben jij de schakel die productie draaiende houdt. Je bouwt machines om voor wisselende productieruns, voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit en lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert afwijkingen en genomen acties nauwkeurig. Je werkt in een operationele productielijn waar snelheid en nauwkeurigheid samenkomen; je rapporteert direct en draagt bij aan een veilige, schone werkplek. De functie vraagt beschikbaarheid voor dag-, middag- en nachtdiensten en inzet om processen efficiënt te laten lopen. Werkervaring in productie en een praktische, hands-on houding zijn belangrijker dan diploma’s. Je krijgt duidelijke instructies en on-the-job begeleiding om je taken goed uit te voeren. Functie-inhoud - Je bouwt machines om en stelt lijnen klaar voor verschillende productieruns volgens de productieorders en planning. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud en schoonmaak uit en lost kleine storingen zelfstandig op tijdens de dienst. - Je controleert producten en verpakkingen op kwaliteit en meldt afwijkingen direct aan de ploegleiding. - Je registreert productiegegevens, storingen en genomen acties nauwkeurig voor overdracht en procesverbetering.

Functie-eisen - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar voor de 3-ploegendienst met vaste rotatie tussen dag-, middag- en nachtdiensten. - Minimaal werk- en denkniveau MBO 1/2 of aantoonbare technische werkervaring binnen een productieomgeving. - Je beheerst Nederlands, kunt procedures lezen en rapporteert afwijkingen duidelijk en gestructureerd. - Je heeft eigen vervoer of bent bereid te reizen naar de productielocatie volgens rooster.

Wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.400 en €4.000, afhankelijk van ervaring en inzet tijdens de 3-ploegendienst. - Detavast-aanstelling met uitzicht op een vast contract bij goed functioneren en inzet. - Fulltime 40 uur per week in 3-ploegendienst; helder rooster en duidelijke ploegrotatie. - Interne opleiding tot operat
