Functie-inhoud - Bewaken en bedienen van procesinstallaties als Procesoperator 3 Ploegen - Monitoren en bijstellen van procesparameters zoals temperatuur, druk en flow - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en rapporteren van productiegegevens - Signaleren en verhelpen van kleine storingen en uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud - Uitvoeren van omstellingen en inregelen van productieprocessen en overdracht naar de volgende dienst - Verantwoordelijk voor een complete productielijn tijdens je dienst en afstemming met collega's bij wisseling van diensten - Uitvoeren van monstername en basismetingen en doorgeven aan het laboratorium - Eerste lijn onderhoud zoals smeren, vervangen van kleppen en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden, en escaleren naar technische dienst bij grotere storingen - Actieve bijdrage aan procesverbeteringen ter vermindering van afval en energiekosten - Werken in ploegverband met doorgaans 3-4 operators per dienst en mogelijkheid tot ruilen van diensten volgens rooster Functie-eisen - MBO Procestechniek of vergelijkbare tec.

- MBO Procestechniek of vergelijkbare technische opleiding - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als operator in ploegendienst - Ervaring met geautomatiseerde besturingssystemen zoals PLC en SCADA - Nauwkeurig werken en kwaliteitsbewustzijn - Bereidheid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken - VCA basis of bereidheid om te behalen - Goede communicatieve en rapportagevaardigheden
