Deze organisatie werkt in de maakindustrie en is gespecialiseerd in de productie en verpakking van voedingsproducten. Je werkt met geautomatiseerde lijnen en richt je op efficiëntie, voedselveiligheid en het behoud van productkwaliteit. Als operator bied je directe ondersteuning aan het dagelijkse productieproces en zorg je voor consistente producten. Je werkt met geavanceerde verpakkingslijnen en voert continue kwaliteits- en hygiënecontroles uit volgens vastgestelde procedures. Veiligheid op de werkvloer en duidelijke werkprocessen zijn belangrijk. De functie van Procesoperator 3 Ploegen vraagt om hands-on inzet, technische aandacht en snel storingen oplossen. Er zijn mogelijkheden voor interne opleidingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden naar technische of leidinggevende rollen. Werken hier betekent bijdragen aan betrouwbare productie en naleving van voedselveiligheidsregels. Functie-inhoud - Instellen, bedienen en controleren van de verpakkingslijnen. - Instellen en afstellen van verpakkingslijnen en machines volgens voorschriften. - Bedienen van productie- en verpakkingsapparatuur en monitoren van het proces. - Controleren van productkwaliteit en naleven van voedselveiligheidsrichtlijnen. - Oplossen van storingen en uitvoeren van eerste lijns onderhoud. - Aansturen en ondersteunen van collega’s tijdens jouw dienst als Procesoperator 3 Ploegen. - Monitoren van geautomatiseerde besturingssystemen en instellen van recepturen in PLC/SCADA voor verpakkingsinstallaties. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Reachtruckcertificaat aanwezig. - Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken. - Flexibel en groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Ervaring in productie of procesindustrie is een pré. - Kennis van HACCP is een pré. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4000 per maand. - Vakantiedagen: 25 dagen per jaar. - Ploegentoeslag: aanwezig voor nachtdiensten. - Ruimte voor groei en ontwikkeling binnen de productieomgeving. - Reiskoste.
