De organisatie biedt een stabiele werkomgeving in Leeuwarden met aandacht voor ontwikkeling en vakbekwaamheid en een duidelijke focus op proceskwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid in de productieactiviteiten. De salarisrange voor deze functie bedraagt €2600 - €4000 bruto per maand en wordt aangeboden binnen de afgesproken arbeidsvoorwaarden. Functie-inhoud - Jij zorgt voor het optimaal laten verlopen van één of meerdere productieprocessen en waarborgt de productkwaliteit. - Jij assembleert, stelt machines af en bedient de aanvoer van grondstoffen om de productie draaiende te houden. - Jij bewaakt procesparameters en grijpt proactief in bij afwijkingen om de kwaliteit te waarborgen. - Jij rapporteert afwijkingen, meldt storingen en voert eenvoudige storingsanalyses uit en ondersteunt de technische dienst. - Jij neemt productiemonsters en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens het verpakkingsproces. - Jij bedient semi-geautomatiseerde lijnen en werkt met PLC/SCADA voor receptinstellingen en parameteraanpassingen, voert eerstelijns storingsanalyse en kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit met escalatie naar technische dienst of ploegleider. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of Procestechniek. - Aantoonbare ervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving, bij voorkeur in ploegendiensten. - Kennis van basis kwaliteitscontroles en procesbewaking. - Verm.
