Dit bedrijf heeft een platte organisatiestructuur, korte lijnen en de warmte van een familiebedrijf, terwijl ze continu het productieproces optimaliseren. Met een volledig geautomatiseerde productie en het in eigen beheer hebben van het bedrijf, is de benodigde kwaliteit gewaarborgd. In de rol van Procesoperator 3 ploegen werk je in 3 ploegen en krijg je de kans om je te ontwikkelen binnen dit bedrijf. Wil jij bij deze opdrachtgever aan de slag met een salaris tot wel €4.750,- per maand? Functie-inhoud - het bedienen van de nieuwste geautomatiseerde machines en installaties - het opstarten, instellen en omstellen van de machines - zorgen voor een efficiënt verloop van het productieproces - het verrichten van controles aan de machines en installaties - het bedienen, controleren en regelen van verschillende processen die gelijktijdig plaatsvinden - het afnemen van monsters en beoordelen van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Functie-eisen - een afgeronde mbo-2 of -3 opleiding - de bereidheid om een Procesoperator opleiding te volgen - ervaring binnen de procesindustrie. Wij bieden - een goed salaris tot € 4.750,- bruto per maand afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring - reiskostenvergoeding van 0,23 cent per kilometer - 25 vakantiedagen - 8% vakantiegeld - een afwisselende functie met doorgroeimogelijkheden - ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden, o.a. op het gebied van diploma's.
