De dagelijkse productieactiviteiten vinden plaats binnen gecontroleerde proceslijnen met strikte veiligheidsprotocollen. Jij houdt toezicht op procesparameters, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en werkt samen in multidisciplinaire teams om de productie-efficiency te verhogen. De organisatie stimuleert duurzame procesbeheersing en werkt volgens vastgestelde kwaliteitsstandaarden en procedures. Er is aandacht voor opleiding en ontwikkeling zodat jij technische vaardigheden blijft verbeteren en kunt doorgroeien naar meer senior operationele functies. Het salaris ligt tussen €2900 en €4800 per maand en de arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn marktconform met aandacht voor ploegentoeslag, pensioen en reiskostenvergoeding. Werkomstandigheden vragen om nauwkeurigheid, veiligheidsbewustzijn en een praktische instelling. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en stelt installaties en procesapparatuur in om productiedoelen te behalen. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en monsters uit en rapporteert afwijkingen direct. - Je signaleert en verhelpt processtoringen en schakelt technische ondersteuning in waar nodig. - Je registreert productiegegevens en voert administratieve handelingen met precisie uit. - Je draagt technische verantwoordelijkheid voor eerste lijns storingsanalyse, parameterinstelling en eerstelijns onderhoud en schakelt de technische dienst of engineering in bij complexere storingen. Functie-eisen - MBO of HBO in Chemische Technologie of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als procesoperator, bij voorkeur in ploegen. - Ervaring met procesbewaking, kwaliteitscontrole en v.
