Als procesoperator speel jij een cruciale rol in het produceren van rubberen matten en tegels van gerecycled materiaal. Aantal speerpunten als procesoperator 3-ploegen: - Doel: kwalitatief hoogwaardig product tegen een minimale milieubelasting - Ons proces kan altijd milieuvriendelijker en efficiënter worden ingericht, waardoor wij wekelijks gesprekken hebben over procesverbeteringen - Jaarlijks flinke investeringen in machines en installaties - Ophalen van rubberafval t/m de verwerking tot matten en tegels, wij zijn betrokken bij de gehele keten - Relaxte werksfeer met een enthousiaste groep collega’s, je staat er nooit alleen voor - Je werkt 80% binnen, 20% buiten

Je krijgt als procesoperator in de 3-ploegendienst te maken met de volgende processen: - Sorteer- en selecteerproces - Verwijderen en schoonmaken - Verpulveren en vermalen - Vulkaniseren en persen van de matten

- Controleren, beheren en bijsturen van het productieproces - Opstarten en instellen van de machines en installaties - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen - Kwaliteitscontrole op dikte, hardheid en treksterkte - Oplossen van operationele problemen - Standaard onderhoud en oplossen van kleine storingen - Rapportages opstellen

Wij zijn specialist in het verwerken van rubberafval tot diverse eindproducten. Kan jij controle houden over meerdere processen?
