Wil jij werken als procesoperator in een 3-ploegendienst bij een leuke werkgever in de omgeving van Nijverdal? Ze bieden je de kans om jezelf te ontwikkelen als operator en uiteindelijk door te groeien richting een aansturende functie. Bekijk de onderstaande vacature en reageer direct! Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Als procesoperator in de 3-ploegendienst krijg je een aantal machines toegewezen, waarmee jij moet zorgen voor een zo optimaal mogelijk eindproduct. Jij zorgt er voor dat de machine zo optimaal mogelijk blijft draaien tijdens je eigen shift. Aan het eind van de shift zorg je er voor dat de volgende ploeg op de hoogte wordt gesteld van de laatste ontwikkelingen zodat zij het proces zo goed mogelijk kunnen voortzetten. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Binnen het betreffende bedrijf ben jij in de productiehal samen met de rest van de ploeg verantwoordelijk voor het produceren van kunststof groot verpakkingen. Binnen de organisatie zijn doorgroeimogelijkheden mogelijk waarin jij je op kunt werken tot voorman. Allereerst begin je met een inwerktraject zodat jij het product en de machines goed leert kennen.
