Jij werkt met geautomatiseerde en semi-geautomatiseerde processen en draagt bij aan veilige werkwijzen en continue verbetering. Je voert bedieningswerkzaamheden, procescontroles, reinigingsroutines en preventieve controles uit binnen een productieomgeving met moderne procesinstallaties. Er is aandacht voor opleiding en het behalen van relevante certificaten zodat jij jouw vaardigheden kunt uitbreiden en doorgroeien naar meer verantwoordelijkheden. De organisatie legt de nadruk op duidelijke instructies, veiligheid en het systematisch oplossen van storingen om productiecontinuïteit te waarborgen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, stelt in, regelt en controleert de (semi-)geautomatiseerde processen. - Je voert tijdige en correcte product- en procescontroles uit en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je handelt binnengekomen meldingen en storingen af en voert storingswerkzaamheden uit. - Je voert reinigingswerkzaamheden en werkzaamheden aan procesinstallaties uit om de productie te waarborgen. - Je werkt volgens instructies en werkinstructies en draagt bij aan een veilige en efficiënte productieomgeving. - Je bewaakt en stelt procesparameters in via het PLC/SCADA-systeem en programmeert recepten en stelt parameters bij binnen vastgestelde grenzen. - Je bent technisch verantwoordelijk voor een complete productielijn en voert eerste lijn onderhoud uit zoals smeren, reinigen en eenvoudige afstellingen. - Je bedient en controleert apparatuur zoals menginstallaties, pompen, transportbanden, pasteurisatoren en vul- en verpakkingslijnen. - Je neemt visuele controles en monsters, meet temperatuur, druk en viscositeit en werkt conform HACCP- en GMP-richtlijnen voor kwaliteitsborging. - Je signaleert verbeteringen op het gebied van output, kwaliteit en afvalr.

- MBO-niveau of gelijkwaardig denk- en werkniveau. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal. - Ervaring met geautomatiseerde of semi-geautomatiseerde besturingssystemen is een pré. - Je kunt zowel in teamverband werken als zelfstandig taken uitvoeren. - Je hebt een proactieve houding, een nauwkeurige werkwijze en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Je bent bereid om te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en certificaten te behalen.
