Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient en bewaakt de maal-, meng- en perslijn als Procesoperator 3-Ploegendienst. - Bedien en monitor productiemachines en procesinstallaties en stuur processen bij waar nodig. - Controleer productkwaliteit en voer metingen en kwaliteitscontroles uit volgens specificaties en procedures. - Voer omstellingen, reinigingen en kleine storingsdiagnoses uit om continuïteit van de productie te behouden. - Documenteer productiegegevens nauwkeurig en rapporteer proces- en kwaliteitsafwijkingen aan de leidinggevende. - Stel procesparameters in, voer eerstelijns storingsanalyse uit en los technische verstoringen zelfstandig op waarbij je escalateert naar technische dienst of ploegleider wanneer nodig. Functie-eisen - MBO Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbare technische opleiding is een pré. - MBO werk- en denkniveau of aantoonbare ervaring als operator in de procesindustrie. - Ervaring met werken in 3-ploegendienst en bereidheid om in ploegendiensten te werken. - Technisch inzicht en vaardigheid bij omstellingen en kleine storingsdiagnoses. - Ervaring met kwaliteitscontroles en nauwkeurige documentatie. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4500 per maand. - Vakantiedagen: 25 per jaar. - Plo.
