Jij bent als Procesoperator essentieel voor productkwaliteit en productiviteit. Je werkt in een gestructureerde productieomgeving waar veiligheid, hygiëne en orde centraal staan. Er is ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling door trainingen en praktijkgerichte opleidingen. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand, met secundaire voorwaarden zoals premievrij pensioen en reiskostenvergoeding. Functie-inhoud - Je produceert kwalitatieve producten op de lijnen volgens receptuur en kwaliteitseisen. - Je bewaakt de productiviteit en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op eigen en collega-producties. - Je verhelpt zelfstandig blokkades en storingen aan machines en bedient productieapparatuur. - Je zoekt naar continue verbeteringen in het productieproces en draagt bij aan optimalisatie van de output. - Je ziet toe op orde, netheid en veiligheid op de werkvloer en ondersteunt bij test- en innovatieactiviteiten. - Je werkt in een food-grade omgeving en produceert voornamelijk eindproducten en deels semi-fabricaten voor consumentenverpakkingen. - Je stelt recepten in en past procesparameters aan op PLC-gestuurde installaties, voert first-line storingsanalyse uit en lost technische verstoringen zelfstandig op, met escalatie naar technische dienst of ploegleider wanneer nodig.
