Wil jij als procesoperator werken in een omgeving waar techniek, controlekamerwerk en productieprocessen samenkomen? En wil je een job waarin je niet gewoon machines opvolgt, maar echt het proces bewaakt, bijstuurt en veilig laat verlopen?

Voor een grote industriële productieonderneming in regio Ninove zoeken we een procesoperator die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt binnen een volcontinu productieomgeving. Als procesoperator kom je terecht in een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar duizenden parameters tegelijk in beweging zijn. Vanuit de controlekamer behoud je het overzicht, terwijl je op de werkvloer controles uitvoert, stalen neemt en installaties veiligstelt. Geen bandwerk, maar een rol waarin technisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en veiligheid elke dag belangrijk zijn.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als procesoperator start je na een grondige opleiding machines op, controleer je hun werking en stuur je het proces continu bij
  • Vanuit de centrale controlekamer behoud je het overzicht over jouw deel van het productieproces en grijp je tijdig in bij afwijkingen
  • Daarnaast neem je stalen, voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorg je ervoor dat de eindproducten voldoen aan de gevraagde normen
  • Verder voer je eerstelijns onderhoud en reinigingswerken uit aan de machines binnen jouw functiegebied
  • Tot slot stel je installaties veilig bij mechanische of elektrische werken, zodat techniekers hun taken vlot en veilig kunnen uitvoeren
  • Technische achtergrond of minimaal een diploma secundair onderwijs, bij voorkeur binnen ASO, TSO of een technische richting
  • Technische interesse is belangrijk, alsook het werken met PLC-gestuurde machines, kwaliteitscontroles en eerstelijns onderhoud
  • Nederlands is vereist omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften, communicatie en correcte rapportering op de werkvloer
