Dit bedrijf opereert binnen de procesindustrie en richt zich op het produceren van hoogwaardige producten voor verschillende markten. In Roermond werkt een multidisciplinair team dat dagelijks bezig is met het optimaliseren van productieprocessen, het waarborgen van productkwaliteit en het naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften. De organisatie werkt met zowel continue als batchprocessen en hanteert duidelijke procedures voor procesbewaking, kwaliteitscontrole en veilige overdracht tussen diensten. Medewerkers krijgen gestructureerde werkprocessen en praktische instructies om proceskennis en technische vaardigheden te vergroten. Er is aandacht voor interne opleiding en gerichte trainingen om medewerkers te ondersteunen bij doorgroei en het verbeteren van kwalificaties. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats binnen een productieomgeving waar samenwerken en heldere procedures centraal staan. Daarnaast is er aandacht voor een veilige werkvloer, georganiseerde dienstoverdracht en het minimaliseren van uitval in de productie. Functie-inhoud - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt laten draaien van productieprocessen. - Je bedient en stuurt machines in verschillende productiestadia om productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te halen. - Je bewaakt procesparameters en registreert procesdata voor rapportage en analyse. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen zodat de productkwaliteit gewaarborgd blijft. - Je ondersteunt bij klein technisch onderhoud en lost storingen op samen met collega’s om productiestilstand te beperken. - Je stemt operationele werkzaamheden af met collega’s en draagt actief bij aan continue procesverbeteringen. - Je werkt met geautomatiseerde systemen zoals PLC en SCADA, stelt recepten en parameters in, voert eerste lijn storingsanalyse uit en schiet complexere technische problemen door naar de technische dienst of ploegleider. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Chemische Technologie, Werktuigbouwkunde o.

- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Chemische Technologie, Werktuigbouwkunde of Procestechniek. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Procesoperator of in een vergelijkbare productierol. - Kennis van procesbewaking, kwaliteitscontrole en basis mechanisch onderhoud. - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgericht samenwerken. - In bezit van relevante certificaten zoals VCA is een pré.
