De functie van Proces Operator is gericht op het bedienen en bewaken van procesinstallaties en het signaleren van afwijkingen zodat de productie zonder onderbreking kan doorgaan. Medewerkers worden aangestuurd op prestaties en veiligheid en werken nauw samen met collega’s om kwaliteit en uptime te waarborgen. De werkcultuur is praktisch en gericht op verbetering waarbij operators input kunnen leveren voor optimalisaties en procesverbeteringen. Er is aandacht voor instructie en inwerkperiodes om nieuwe medewerkers vertrouwd te maken met de werkprocessen in Amsterdam en met de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en werkafspraken.
