Jobomschrijving

Ben je klaar voor een nieuwe stap in de voedingsindustrie? Heb je al enige ervaring in deze sector? Dan is de rol van Technisch Operator in Herentals wellicht jouw volgende uitdaging!

Als Process Operator werk je in een 3-ploegensysteem, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor het bedienen en aansturen van machines via PLC-sturing. Je houdt het productieverloop nauwlettend in de gaten en grijpt in bij eventuele problemen. Daarnaast zorg je voor de montage, voorbereiding, afstelling en ombouw van zowel de afvul- als inpakmachines en voer je visuele controles uit. Administratieve taken, zoals het nauwkeurig registreren van productiegegevens, behoren ook tot je verantwoordelijkheden. Het schoonmaken van het machinepark, de apparatuur en de verpakkingsruimte valt eveneens onder jouw takenpakket. Bovendien draag je bij aan de continue verbetering van het productieproces en los je zelfstandig kleine technische storingen op.

  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en basiskennis Engels.
  • Basiskennis van software zoals Excel, Word en Outlook.
  • Technische affiniteit is een must.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en tegelijkertijd een teamspeler zijn.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, initiatief nemen, oplossingsgericht denken en flexibiliteit.
  • Oog voor hygiëne en veiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegensysteem te werken met ploegenpremies.
