Functieomschrijving: Als Procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlekkeloos verloop van het gehele verwerkingsproces via scheidings- en droogtechnieken. De werkzaamheden zijn veelzijdig: • Monitoren van het (micro- en nano-)filtratieproces, de indampers en sproeidrogers vanuit de controlekamer én tijdens controlerondes op de vloer. • Afstorten van big-bags in de bestemde tanks en het zorgvuldig steriel maken van de grondstoffen. • Nemen van monsters en uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om te borgen dat het product aan alle strikte specificaties voldoet. • Zelfstandig analyseren en verhelpen van eerstelijnsstoringen, plus het tijdig inschakelen van de Technische Dienst bij complexe defecten. • Verrichten van een heldere, gestructureerde ploegenoverdracht met je collega's. • Proactief signaleren van procesafwijkingen en aandragen van verbetervoorstellen.
