De functie van Procesoperator vraagt technische kennis, nauwkeurigheid en een praktische instelling. Medewerkers voeren dagelijkse controles uit, lossen kleine storingen op en werken volgens vastgelegde veiligheidsprocedures. - MBO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting zoals Elektrotechniek of Werktuigbouwkunde. - Aantoonbare ervaring in de procesindustrie en ervaring met productieprocessen. - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met het instellen van procesapparatuur. - Geldig heftruckcertificaat of bereidheid om dit te halen. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en basiskennis van Engels. - Proactieve, probleemoplossende houding en accuraat werken. - Bereidheid om op termijn in ploegendienst te werken.
