Deze organisatie opereert binnen de food-sector en richt zich op de productie van plantaardige voedingsproducten voor afzet in binnen- en buitenland. De organisatie werkt in een productieomgeving die is ingericht op procesoptimalisatie en strikte hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen. Jij bedient en controleert de productielijnen en stelt, bouwt om en bijstelt machines tijdens het productieproces. In deze omgeving ligt de nadruk op efficiency en continue verbetering door toepassing van 5S-principes en procesoptimalisatie. Jij voert ombouwen uit, monitort kwaliteit en signaleert technische afwijkingen voor snelle oplossingen samen met de technische dienst. Er is aandacht voor opleiding en training, zodat jij verschillende rollen op de lijn kunt vervullen en bij afwezigheid van collega's kunt inspringen. De werkomgeving vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kennis van hygiëneprotocollen zoals HACCP. Het salaris voor de functie ligt tussen €2600 - €4500 per maand en is afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. Functie-inhoud - Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele verpakkingsproces en het draaiende houden van de lijn. - Jij bedient en stelt verpakkingsmachines in en vervangt machine operators waar nodig. - Jij voert ombouwen, controles en kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit om de efficiëntie te verhogen. - Jij signaleert technische afwijkingen en schakelt met de technische dienst voor structurele oplossingen. - Jij draagt bij aan 5S en continue verbeteringen om kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit te waarborgen. - Jij monitort de automatische besturing en stelt recepten en procesparameters in op PLC/SCADA systemen, waarbij programmeren beperkt is tot parameter- en receptaanpassingen en complexe aanpassingen naar engineering worden geëscaleerd. Functie-eisen - MBO niveau 2, bij voorkeur VAPRO A, WTB, Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek, Auto/Motorvoertuigentechniek of Procestechniek. - Bij voorkeur 3 jaar werkervaring als Machine Operator of als Procesoperator,..
