De organisatie werkt in een 3-ploegenrooster en zoekt medewerkers die in een ploegendienst kunnen werken. In Den Bosch is de locatie gericht op het continu bewaken van productieparameters en het uitvoeren van bedienings- en eerste-lijns storingshandelingen door operators. De productieomgeving kent routines voor werkoverdracht en registratie en medewerkers worden getraind tijdens een onboardingperiode om de procedures en veiligheid goed te leren. De organisatie biedt werk in ploegendiensten en zoekt een Proces Operator die deze verantwoordelijkheden kan dragen.
