Ruim aan het einde van de 19e eeuw werd dit familiebedrijf opgericht en sindsdien is het actief in het produceren van huishoudelijke en industriële artikelen voor diverse toepassingen, zoals schoonmaak, opslag, luchtverfrissing en ongediertebestrijding. Binnen deze organisatie wordt er gewerkt in een 3-ploegendienst, waarbij je als procesoperator deel uitmaakt van een divers team, verdeeld over Technical Support, Service Operators en Machine Operators en Procesoperators. Het machinepark omvat onder andere geavanceerde afvullijnen, robotica en verpakkingsmachines, welke worden aangevoerd door hoogwaardige procesinstallaties. Vanwege de groei en toenemende vraag naar producten zijn er momenteel verschillende posities beschikbaar voor procesoperators. De belangrijkste uitdaging ligt in het omgaan met het complexe machinepark. De functie Dit ga je doen Als Procesoperator binnen deze organisatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een complexe productieomgeving waar veel uitdagingen liggen. Denk aan het produceren volgens de voorschriften, het tijdig leveren van de batches volgens de milieunormen en het tijdig transporteren van de bulk naar de afvullijnen. Als Procesoperator is het belangrijk dat je goed het overzicht weet te bewaren bij de pompen en tijdig de juiste stations kan voorzien van bulk. Je denkt goed vooruit in het proces en bent in staat om storingen zelfstandig op te lossen of nog liever, te voorkomen! De werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd in een 3-ploegendienst.
