Wil je meer uit je technische ervaring halen? Als procesoperator werk je met moderne installaties en een vaste ploeg om je heen. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid vanaf dag één. Bevalt het van beide kanten goed? Dan liggen er stappen richting senior operator, meewerkend voorman of teamleider. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? Als procesoperator bewaak je het productieproces vanuit de controlekamer en in de fabriek. Je controleert waarden zoals druk, temperatuur en doorstroming. Het proces bestaat uit meerdere stappen. Zie je een afwijking? Dan stuur je bij of schakel je de juiste collega in. Je houdt je bezig met: - Installaties instellen en opstarten. - Proceswaarden controleren op schermen. - Controlrondes lopen langs installaties. - Het proces bijsturen bij afwijkingen. - Kleine storingen signaleren en oplossen. - Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren op het product. - Schakelen met de technische dienst. - Werk duidelijk overdragen aan de volgende ploeg.

Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie Je gaat werken in een fabriek waar techniek echt het verschil maakt. Hier worden hoogwaardige ingrediënten geproduceerd voor onder andere voeding, farmacie en technische toepassingen. Binnen de productie draait alles om controle. Temperatuur, druk, kwaliteit en veiligheid moeten kloppen. Jij werkt daarom niet los aan één machine. Je bent onderdeel van een compleet proces. Op de afdeling werk je samen met operators, monteurs en teamleiders.Je komt terecht in een vaste ploeg binnen een 5-ploegenrooster. Daardoor leer je jouw collega’s snel kennen.
