Voor deze opdrachtgever zijn wij namelijk op zoek naar een Procesoperator in de 5 ploegen binnen de chemische branche. Dagelijks zorg jij ervoor dat de productie word gedraaid, los je technische vraagstukken op en zorg jij ervoor dat de kwaliteit van het product word behaald. Daarbij krijg je een goed loon ervoor terug, wat kan oplopen tot wel €4.600,- bruto per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag. Ben jij nu al enthousiast? Dit ga je doen Wat ga je doen als operator in Uden? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepel en veilig laten verlopen van het productieproces van chemische poeders. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Produceren van batches volgens recepturen en procedures. - Bedienen, bewaken en bijsturen van productie- en nat-chemische installaties. - Controleren van het calcinatieproces en de productkwaliteit. - Registreren en rapporteren van procesgegevens. - Signaleren en oplossen van storingen. - Meedenken over procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties. - Samenwerken aan een veilig, stabiel en efficiënt productieproces. - Bijdragen aan de kwaliteit van het eindproduct en je eigen technische ontwikkeling.
