In de functie van Procesoperator werk je in een 5 ploegendienst en ontvang je een goed salaris tot €5.195,- per maand. In een wereld waar de bevolking snel groeit is het belangrijk om nieuwe technologieën te ontwikkelen en op een efficiënte manier voedzame producten te produceren voor miljoenen mensen ter wereld. Functie-inhoud - Beheren en bijsturen van het productieproces - Ontvangen van grondstoffen en leveren van het eindproduct - Procesafwijkingen tijdig zien en corrigeren - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles d.m.v. monsterafname Functie-eisen - Minimaal een relevante afgeronde mbo-3 opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van procestechniek of levensmiddelen - Affiniteit met techniek - Indien je nog geen opleiding in de richting van voedingsoperator/voedingsmiddelentechnologie hebt, ben je bereid deze te halen - Je bent flexibel, een aanpakker en wil graag leren Wij bieden - Een all-in salaris tussen de €3.575 - €5.195 per maand, inclusief ploegentoeslag - Goede toeslagen voor het werken in een ploegensysteem - De mogelijkheid voor het volgen van aanvullende opleidingen of cursussen - Een open, informeel en persoonlijke organisatie waar de werknemer centraal staat - Veel verantwoordelijkheid en zelfstandigheid binnen een leuk team - Een uitdagende functie met een grote mate van zelfstandigheid met veel waardering voor je werk
