Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, bewaakt en stuurt het volledige productieproces aan als Procesoperator 5 Ploegen. - Je neemt monsters en voert kwaliteitscontroles en -registraties uit om productkwaliteit te waarborgen. - Je bedient en controleert installaties vanaf de fabrieksvloer en voert veilige in- en uitbedrijfstellingen uit bij productiewissels. - Je voert procescontroles en aanpassingen uit om de productie-efficiency te verbeteren en storingen te verhelpen. - Je signaleert afwijkingen, rapporteert incidenten en draagt actief bij aan het naleven van veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit, stelt parameters en receptinstellingen in op PLC/DCS systemen, analyseert storingen op operationeel niveau en lost technische verstoringen zelfstandig op waar mogelijk; bij complexere problemen schakel je met technische dienst of engineering en rapporte.

- MBO diploma in Procesindustrie, Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in de procesindustrie of als operator. - Kennis van procesbewaking en instrumentatie en ervaring met kwaliteitsregistratie. - Bereidheid om te werken in 5-ploegendienst en flexibel inzetbaar te zijn. - VCA-Basis of vergelijkbare veiligheidscertificering is een pré. - Praktische probleemoplossende vaardigheden en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
