Ben jij een ervaren Procesoperator en wil je werken in een moderne procesomgeving waarin veiligheid, kwaliteit en techniek centraal staan? Heb jij graag de controle over het volledige productieproces en vind je het interessant om zowel vanuit de controlekamer als in het veld te werken? Voor een toonaangevende organisatie binnen de procesindustrie zijn wij op zoek naar een Procesoperator die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, technisch inzicht heeft en graag meedenkt over het verbeteren van processen. Dit ga je doen Als Procesoperator zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces veilig, stabiel en efficiënt verloopt. Vanuit de controlekamer bewaak en stuur je het proces bij, terwijl je in het veld controles uitvoert en zorgt dat de installaties optimaal functioneren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen, bewaken en bijsturen van productie-installaties vanuit de controlekamer en het veld. - Continu monitoren van het productieproces en tijdig ingrijpen bij afwijkingen. - Bewaken van de product- en proceskwaliteit. - Instellen en optimaliseren van procesparameters en meet- en regelapparatuur. - Uitvoeren van controles, metingen en eenvoudige analyses. - Signaleren, analyseren en rapporteren van storingen en procesafwijkingen. - Uitvoeren van eerstelijns werkzaamheden en ondersteunen bij het oplossen van storingen. - Werken volgens strikte veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften. - Samenwerken met collega-operators, technische dienst en andere afdelingen. - Begeleiden en ondersteunen van minder ervaren operators. - Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen, efficiëntie en veiligheid.

Je bent in het bezit van Wij zoeken een technisch sterke en zelfstandige operator die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en overzicht houdt, ook wanneer het proces niet volgens plan verloopt. Daarnaast beschik je over: - Een VAPRO B-diploma of vergelijkbare technische opleiding op minimaal mbo-niveau. - Aantoonbare ervaring als operator binnen een productie- of procesomgevin
