Jij voert dagelijkse controles uit, volgt instructies voor veilig werken en houdt toezicht op kwaliteit en processtabiliteit. Er is aandacht voor praktijkgerichte scholing en instructies, zodat jij je technische vaardigheden en kennis van procesbesturing kunt verbeteren. De functie vraagt om betrokkenheid bij de dagelijkse uitvoering, verantwoordelijkheid voor eerste lijns storingen en actieve deelname aan het ploegdraaien. Daarnaast biedt de locatie mogelijkheden voor professionele ontwikkeling door trainingen en gerichte praktijkopleidingen, gecombineerd met vaste procedures voor overdracht en registratie van gegevens. Werken in deze omgeving vereist nauwkeurigheid, aandacht voor veiligheid en het vermogen om in ploegverband consistent kwaliteit te leveren. Salarisrange: €2600 - €4000 per maand. Functie-inhoud - Bedienen en bewaken van procesinstallaties en het handhaven van kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Procesparameters instellen, meetwaarden monitoren en actief bijsturen wanneer nodig. - Routinecontroles en kwaliteitsmetingen uitvoeren en direct afwijkingen signaleren. - Storingen oplossen, eerste lijns onderhoud en kleine reparaties uitvoeren en specialistische ondersteuning inschakelen wanneer nodig. - Proces- en productgegevens nauwkeurig registreren en bijdragen aan overdrachten binnen het ploegenteam. - Werken met geautomatiseerde besturingen zoals PLC en SCADA en recepten en parameters instellen zonder PLC programmeerwerk. - Eerste lijns foutanalyses uitvoeren en technische verstoringen zelfstandig oplossen waar mogelijk, techni.

- MBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur Werktuigbouwkunde, Procestechniek of Elektrotechniek. - Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring in ploegendiensten of in de procesindustrie. - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegenstelsel te werken. - Kennis van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen zoals HACCP of vergelijkbare systemen. - Technische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden voor het bedienen en bijstellen van procesinstallaties. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en kunnen samenwerken in een ploegenteam. - Betrouwbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid bij het registreren van productiegegevens.
