EVOKE BESTAAT20+ JAAR ! - › - Procesoperator 5-ploegen Jij houdt complexe productieprocessen draaiend en zorgt dat installaties veilig en efficiënt presteren. In deze functie werk je in een 5-ploegendienst binnen een chemische productieomgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Je bewaakt installaties vanuit de controlekamer en grijpt direct in bij afwijkingen om de productie optimaal te laten verlopen. Daarnaast krijg je volop ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen die echt impact maken. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, controleren en optimaliseren van procesinstallaties binnen een chemische productieomgeving. Je bewaakt het productieproces vanuit de controlekamer en houdt via DCS-systemen continu zicht op prestaties, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Daarnaast voer je inspectierondes uit in de fabriek om installaties te controleren en afwijkingen tijdig te signaleren. Je analyseert procesverstoringen en stuurt installaties bij om een stabiel en efficiënt productieproces te waarborgen. Ook neem je monsters, voer je kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreer je productiegegevens nauwkeurig in de daarvoor bestemde systemen. Je ondersteunt bij het opstarten, stilleggen en ombouwen van productie-installaties volgens vastgestelde procedures. Daarnaast voer je eerstelijns onderhoud uit en ondersteun je technische werkzaamheden tijdens onderhoudsstops en storingen. Je werkt volgens geldende veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving. Ook denk je mee over procesoptimalisaties, energiebesparing en het verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid van installaties.
