Functieomschrijving: Als procesoperator ben jij de baas over het productieproces. Je houdt vanuit de controlekamer de sproeidroog- en indampinstallaties nauwlettend in de gaten. Je zorgt voor een strakke planning en regelt dat grondstoffen op tijd aanwezig zijn.

Wanneer er een storing optreedt, zoek je direct naar de juiste oplossing. Je voert ook preventief onderhoud uit om te voorkomen dat machines stilvallen. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over het verbeteren van de werkwijze. Je deelt jouw slimme ideeën met het team en werkt samen met andere afdelingen. Zo zorg je voor een efficiënt proces en een topkwaliteit eindproduct. Als procesoperator ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het succes van deze organisatie. Je blijft jezelf constant ontwikkelen en leert elke dag nieuwe technieken kennen in deze boeiende baan.
