Van verbranding en rookgasreiniging tot stoom- en elektriciteitsopwekking: jij houdt alles draaiende. - Jouw werkzaamheden als Procesoperator bestaan uit: - Bedienen en controleren van complexe installaties vanuit de controlekamer én buiten in het veld; - Lopen van wachtrondes, signaleren en oplossen van storingen; - Uitvoeren van eerstelijnsonderhoud en ondersteunen bij grotere onderhoudsstops; - Voorbereiden van revisiewerkzaamheden en meedenken over procesoptimalisaties. Functie eisen - Mbo 4-diploma Procestechniek (Vapro C / AOT) of vergelijkbaar; - Kennis van mechanische, elektrische en meet- & regeltechnische installaties; - Ervaring binnen een (afval-)energiecentrale of als scheepswerktuigkundige / matroos is een pré; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegendienst; - Proactieve houding en oog voor veiligheid. Bedrijfsprofiel Onze opdrachtgever in Moerdijk is een innovatieve energiecentrale die dierlijke meststoffen omzet in groene stroom. Door verbranding van biomassa ontstaat stoom die een turbine en generator aandrijft - goed voor duurzame elektriciteitsproductie. De rookgassen worden zorgvuldig gefilterd en gereinigd, en de resterende mest-as wordt hergebruikt als waardevolle meststof voor de land- en tuinbouw.
