Je werkt in teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor toezicht op machines, procescontroles en standaardafstellingen tijdens productiewisselingen. Veiligheid, preventief onderhoud en energiebesparing zijn belangrijk. Je verdient tussen €3000 en €3900 per maand in een 5-ploegendienst met ploegentoeslag en ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Discipline, technisch gevoel en bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten zijn essentieel. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, stelt in en bewaakt productieprocessen als Procesoperator 5 Ploegendienst. - Je bedient en stelt productie-installaties in om een veilige en kwalitatieve productie te garanderen. - Je voert dagelijkse procescontroles en kwaliteitsmetingen uit en neemt corrigerende maatregelen bij afwijkingen. - Je start, stopt en stelt apparatuur af bij productiewisselingen en ondersteunt bij preventief onderhoud en eerste lijn storingsdiagnose. - Je monitort PLC- en SCADA-systemen, stelt recepten en procesparameters bij binnen vastgestelde grenzen en schakelt engineering in bij complexere aanpassingen. - Je registreert productiegegevens nauwkeurig en draagt bij aan verbeterprojecten gericht op output, uitvalreductie en energie-efficiency. Functie-eisen - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur een opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of Procestechniek. - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als operator in de maakindustrie of procesindustrie, bij voorkeur in ploegendiensten. - Ervaring met geautomatiseerde installaties, basiskennis van PLC- en SCADA-systemen en procesregelsystemen. - Praktische onderhoudsvaardigheden voor eerste lijn onderhoud zoals smeren, reinigen en..
