Nauwkeurigheid en een proactieve houding zijn noodzakelijk, vooral tijdens ploegendiensten en bij het uitvoeren van onderhoud en verbeteracties. De organisatie stimuleert structurele verbeteringen en biedt ruimte om te leren en door te groeien binnen technische functies. Jij borgt een veilig en stabiel productieproces en signaleert afwijkingen om onderbrekingen te minimaliseren. Je werkt samen in een team van operators, technici en onderhoudspersoneel om prestaties te optimaliseren en kwaliteitsnormen te waarborgen. Medewerkers krijgen ondersteuning met opleidingsmogelijkheden en regelingen die bijdragen aan persoonlijke ontwikkeling en werkzekerheid. Salarisindicatie: €2600 - €4000 per maand. Functie-inhoud - Je bewaakt en bedient de papierproductielijn - Je voert controlerondes uit en stuurt procesparameters bij - Je monitort machineprestaties vanuit de bedieningsruimte en voert kleine aanpassingen en afstellingen uit - Je detecteert kwaliteit- en procesafwijkingen en onderneemt passende actie of schakelt specialisten in - Je werkt mee aan onderhoudsstoppen en ondersteunt verbeteringen binnen de productielijn - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals smeren, schoonmaken en afstellen van apparatuur en draagt zorg voor nette werkplekken - Je werkt met PLC/SCADA voor het instellen van recepturen en het bijstellen van procesparameters en escaleert complexe storingen naar technische dienst of ploegleider Functie-eisen - HAVO of MBO (minimaal niveau 3) in een technische richting of een Operator opleiding - Aantoonbare ervaring of duidelijke affiniteit met techniek en procesindustrie - Bereidheid om te werken in 5-ploegendienst - Beheersing van de Neder.
