Deze organisatie is een productiebedrijf gevestigd in Meppel dat dagelijks verantwoordelijk is voor het uitvoeren van productieprocessen binnen een productieomgeving. De medewerkers werken aan het bedienen en bewaken van installaties en processen om de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de productie te waarborgen. In Meppel werk je samen met collega’s in een praktische werkomgeving waar veiligheid en naleving van werkinstructies centraal staan. De productieomgeving vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, technisch inzicht en het volgen van vaste procedures. Werkzaamheden zijn onder meer het monitoren van procesparameters, het uitvoeren van eerste lijns storingsanalyse en het rapporteren van afwijkingen aan leidinggevenden. De organisatie biedt een vaste baan in een ploegensysteem en zoekt operators die graag praktisch bezig zijn en verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor een veilig en efficiënt productieproces. Er is aandacht voor instructie en inwerkperiodes zodat nieuwe collega’s snel zelfstandig kunnen werken. Communicatie verloopt via directe lijnen op de werkvloer en er wordt gewerkt volgens interne veiligheidsregels en werkvoorschriften.

- Je bedient en bewaakt de productieinstallaties volgens werkvoorschriften

- Als Procesoperator stuur je het productieproces bij en bewaak je de productkwaliteit

- Je voert instellingen uit en registreert procesgegevens

- Als Procesoperator signaleer je afwijkingen en voer je eerste lijns storingsanalyses uit

Functie-eisen: - Bereidheid om in 5 ploegen te werken

- Aantoonbare ervaring als procesoperator of in een productieomgeving

- Technische basiskennis en opleidingsniveau MBO of vergelijkbaar

Wij bieden: - Salaris: €3575–€5135 bruto per maand

- 25 vakantiedagen
