Op de locatie in Veldhoven werken meerdere teams aan productie en oppervlaktebehandeling met aandacht voor duurzaamheid en efficiëntie. De werkzaamheden vragen om precisie, verantwoordelijkheid en praktisch technisch inzicht. De rol van Procesoperator omvat zowel bediening van machines als het tussentijds schoonmaken, controle van producten en het oplossen van eenvoudige storingen. De organisatie biedt on-the-job begeleiding en gerichte opleidingen om technische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Er is ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroei binnen de productielijnen. Het salaris is vastgesteld tussen €2800 en €4700 per maand en er zijn aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals vakantiedagen en ploegentoeslagen bij diensten. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en monitort centrifuge-installaties en waarborgt de productiecontinuïteit. - Je stelt machines in, voert proactieve controles uit en stuurt bij om kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te halen. - Je voert tussentijdse schoonmaak- en kleinonderhoudswerkzaamheden uit en lost eenvoudige storingen op, zoals het vervangen van sensoren of slangen. - Je controleert geproduceerde onderdelen op kwaliteit, registreert afwijkingen en rapporteert deze waar nodig. - Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s voor productvoorbereiding en draagt actief bij aan een veilige en efficiënte werkvloer. - Je bedient PLC-gestuurde installaties met SCADA monitoring, voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit zoals smeren en vervangen van slangen en lost eenvoudige storingen zelfstandig op, waarbij je bij complexere.

- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting zoals Werktuigbouwkunde of Elektrotechniek. - Aantoonbare ervaring in een industriële productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare operatorfunctie. - Praktische vaardigheden in machinebediening, controlewerkzaamheden en het uitvoeren van klein onderhoud. - Vermogen om snel te schakelen, kritisch te denken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor kwaliteit. - Fysiek in staat om werkzaamheden uit te voeren en bereidheid tot werken in 2- of 3-diensten. - Communicatief vaardig in het Nederlands en zich kunnen verstaanbaar maken in het Engels, Duits of Pools. - Betrouwbaar, nauwkeurig en met oog voor veiligheids- en kwaliteitsstandaarden.
