Dan is deze afwisselende baan echt iets voor jou! Ter versterking van ons magazijnteam en dan vooral het schoningsteam, is er ruimte voor een enthousiaste, sociale collega. Als warehouse employee word je breed opgeleid om zelfstandig op de verschillende processen binnen het magazijn te kunnen werken. Dat houdt het werk afwisselend. Binnen ons productieproces wordt het ruw product ontvangen, gedroogd, geschoond, opgeslagen, gemengd, verpakt en uitgeleverd. Hierbij houden we de kwaliteit van ons product en onze service op een hoog niveau. Je komt te werken in ons magazijn van 24.000 m². Het schoningsteam is verantwoordelijk voor het borstelen en zeven van zaad met behulp van twee productielijnen. In de periode dat dit proces draait, kan het voorkomen dat er gedurende die maanden (vijf á zes per jaar) in een tweeploegendienst wordt gewerkt. Verder motiveren en ondersteunen we je graag om te ontdekken waar jij goed in bent en hoe je dat ook voor ons kunt inzetten. Deze functie kan ook als een BBL (gecombineerd werken en leren) leer/werkplek worden ingevuld. Wat ga je doen? Wat breng je mee?
