The posting

Voor onze klant, een volledig nieuw productiebedrijf in vlak glas, momenteel nog volop in aanbouw, zijn we op zoek naar Operatoren (Hot end of Cold end). Het gaat om een vaste betrekking van onbepaalde duur met opstart eind 2026. Wil jij meebouwen aan de fundering van dit succesverhaal?

Als Operator Hot End bewaak je dat proces van dichtbij. Vanuit de controlekamer, maar ook met begrip van wat er fysiek in de installatie gebeurt. Je werkt samen met collega’s die weten waar ze op letten en op elkaar kunnen rekenen wanneer het erop aankom

Dat vraagt om overzicht en focus. Je volgt processen die je niet altijd ziet, maar wel moet begrijpen. Deze job past bij mensen die graag met processen bezig zijn en vertrouwen hebben in data, trends en metingen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bedienen en opvolgen van installaties in het hot end: grondstoffenverwerking, glasoven, tinbad en koeloven
  • Instellen en bijsturen van processen volgens vaste voorschriften
  • Bewaken van temperatuur, druk en andere procesparameter
  • Opvolgen van minder zichtbare processen via trends, data en systemen
  • Storingen signaleren en samen met de technische dienst oplossen
  • Omstellen van de productielijn bij wissels in producttypes
  • Registreren van productiegegevens en afwijkingen
  • Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en het proper houden van installaties
  • Werken volgens veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsafspraken

Als Operator Cold End sta je daar middenin. Niet alleen, maar samen met collega’s die weten wat ze doen. Die op elkaar rekenen wanneer het tempo omhooggaat. Dit is werk waarvoor focus nodig is. Waarbij je ingrijpt wanneer nodig en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor wat van jouw lijn rolt.

  • Bedienen en opvolgen van installaties in het cold end: koeloven, snijlijn, kwaliteitscontrole en verpakking
  • Instellen en bijsturen van processen volgens vaste voorschriften
  • Omstellen van productielijnen bij wissels in producttypes
  • Kwaliteitscontrole van halffabricaten en eindproducten
  • Registreren van productiegegevens en afwijkingen
  • Uitvoeren van klein onderhoud en het proper houden van installaties
  • Storingen signaleren en oplossen samen met de technische dienst
  • Ervaring in een (continue) productieomgeving
  • Het technisch inzicht om processen te begrijpen en bij te sturen
  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij werken met data, trends en procesinformatie
  • Het vaste ritme van een volcontinu systeem ervaar je als een voordeel
  • Nauwkeurig werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor het proces
  • Vlot samenwerken en helder communiceren met collega’s
  • Je deinst er niet voor terug om, wanneer nodig, kort in een warme omgeving te werken
