Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt productieprocessen. - Je bedient en controleert machines voor oppervlaktebehandeling en voert noodzakelijke instellingen uit. - Je bewaakt procestemperaturen, cycli en signaleert afwijkingen en neemt corrigerende maatregelen. - Je verwerkt processtappen en registreert procesgegevens nauwkeurig in de administratie. - Je ondersteunt de overdracht tussen ploegen en zorgt voor een duidelijke rapportage aan de volgende ploeg. - Je onderhoudt de werkplek, voert controle- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit en bewaakt veiligheid en kwaliteit. - Je voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit zoals smeren, kleine instellingen en resets en schakelt bij.

- Opleiding: er is geen minimale opleiding vereist, MBO-niveau is een pré. - Ervaring: ervaring in de procesindustrie is een pré maar geen vereiste. - Talen: goede beheersing van Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Vaardigheden: nauwkeurig werken, oog voor detail en verantwoordelijkheid. - Dienstverband: bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken. - Fysiek: voldoende fitheid om regelmatig fysiek werk uit te voeren. - Persoonlijk: leergierig en teamgericht samenwerken.
