Met een moderne installatie en een betrokken team wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan een efficiënt en kwalitatief productieproces. Als Procesoperator speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol en zorg je ervoor dat alles volgens planning en kwaliteitseisen verloopt. Functiebeschrijving Als Procesoperator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen, aansturen en controleren van het productieproces. Je bewaakt nauwkeurig de juiste samenstelling, temperatuur en mengtijd en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct worden geregistreerd. Daarnaast coördineer je de aan- en afvoer van grondstoffen via de weegbrug en houd je overzicht op het inkomende en uitgaande verkeer. - Bedienen en besturen van de installatie vanuit een controlekamer. - Zorg voor een efficiënt productieproces met de juiste instellingen. - Toezicht houden op mengsels, temperatuur en mengtijd. - Bewaak de kwaliteit en pas instellingen indien nodig aan. - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren om storingen te voorkomen. - Storingen en calamiteiten afhandelen.
