Jij werkt in een technisch georiënteerde omgeving waar procesontwikkeling en optimalisatie centraal staan. Er zijn ploegendiensten (3-, 4- en 5-ploegen) voor continuïteit in de productie. Er is ruimte voor vakinhoudelijke groei en ondersteuning bij scholing binnen de procesindustrie. De productie heeft een sterke focus op procesveiligheid, preventief onderhoud en kwaliteitsborging. Jij wordt aangemoedigd verbeteringen voor te stellen en deel te nemen aan multidisciplinaire projecten gericht op efficiëntie en productinnovatie. De organisatie hecht waarde aan een goede werk-privébalans binnen de ploegendiensten en investeert in de gezondheid en inzetbaarheid van medewerkers. Functie-inhoud - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van productieprocessen en het behalen van productie-output. - Je bedient en monitort productie-installaties en stelt procesparameters bij om kwaliteit en kwantiteit te waarborgen. - Je voert procescontroles, monstername en kwaliteitschecks uit en rapporteert afwijkingen. - Je draagt actief bij aan proces- en productontwikkeling en vertaalt verbeteringen naar operationele aanpassingen. - Je ondersteunt bij preventief onderhoud, verhelpt storingen en schakelt waar nodig technici in. - Je produceert biobased grondstoffen, semi-fabricaten en eindproducten voor food- en non-foodtoepassingen met nadruk op semi-fabricaten en eindproducten. - Je bedient geautomatiseerde installaties (PLC/SCADA), reactorvaten, mixers, pompen, drogers en verpakkingslijnen en stelt procesrecepten en parameters in. - Je voert monstername en meetcontroles uit (temperatuur, druk, viscositeit) vo.

- MBO Procestechniek niveau 3 met bij voorkeur een chemiemodule. - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in de procesindustrie. - Praktische, hands-on instelling en affiniteit met biobased producten. - Vaardigheid in probleemanalyse en het zelfstandig oplossen van storingen. - Goed kunnen plannen, organiseren en voortgang bewaken. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamwork met flexibele instelling. - Naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en oog voor housekeeping.
