De productieomgeving vereist precisie, aandacht voor hygiëne en een proactieve houding bij het signaleren van afwijkingen. Je werkt samen met operators en technici om de productielijnen draaiende te houden en operationele issues snel op te lossen. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient en bewaakt productie-installaties. - Je bedient en bewaakt productieprocessen en stuursystemen. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en stelt procesparameters bij om productkwaliteit te waarborgen. - Je ondersteunt en assisteert bij gepland onderhoud en meldt storingen aan het technische team. - Je werkt volgens hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en draagt bij aan een veilige werkomgeving. - Je registreert procesresultaten en communiceert verbeterpunten met collega's en leidinggevenden. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding in Procestechniek of Elektrotechniek. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving of als operator. - Basisvaardigheden in procesbewaking, meetinstrumentatie en procesregeling. - Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken. - Inzicht in veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften en VCA of bereidheid deze te behalen. - Probleemoplossend vermogen en goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Wij bieden - Salaris: €2600 - €4000 per maand. - Vakantiedagen: 25 vakantiedagen per jaar. - Ploegentoeslag: vergoeding voor 5-ploegendienst. - Groei: opleidingsmogelijkheden en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de productie. - Pensioenregeling volgens cao. - Reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer.
