Dit productiebedrijf biedt een professionele productieomgeving met aandacht voor veilige en gestandaardiseerde werkprocessen. De locatie in Roermond werkt volgens een vaste dienstregeling in 5 ploegen en vraagt van operators betrouwbaarheid en nauwkeurigheid. Bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden ligt de focus op het bedienen en bewaken van productieprocessen, het signaleren van afwijkingen en het uitvoeren van eerste corrigerende acties binnen de eigen bevoegdheden. Er wordt gewerkt met duidelijk omschreven werkprocedures en veiligheidsinstructies waaraan medewerkers zich houden. Samenwerking tussen collega-operators en het opvolgen van werkopdrachten van de ploegleiding zijn belangrijk voor het behalen van productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen een gerichte introductie en begeleiding op de werkvloer zodat zij snel vertrouwd raken met de taken. - Je bedient en stelt de productie-installaties veilig en efficiënt in als Proces Operator

- Je bewaakt procesparameters en rapporteert afwijkingen als Proces Operator

- Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en visuele inspecties uit

- Je voert eerste-line storingsanalyse uit en neemt corrigerende acties

- Je werkt samen met collega-operators en ondersteunt bij overdrachten

- MBO werk- en denkniveau of aantoonbare ervaring als operator
